- VAKA CRM — contact records, deal stages, and sales connected to invoicing.
- VAKA Finance — double-entry accounting in USD and ZiG, with exchange rates recorded at transaction time, and management reports.
- VAKA Inventory — warehouse visibility, purchase orders and auditable stock movement.
- VAKA Payroll — run and post payroll, reverse a posted run, and produce a PAYE and NSSA statutory return.
- Branded invoice documents — preview, download and email branded invoice PDFs and payment reminders, with recorded recipient consent and a delivery history.
- Bank statements — import supported bank statements and prepare reconciliations.
- VAKA AI — questions answered from your own workspace data, within the permissions of whoever is asking. Included on team plans.
- VAKA News Desk — free public Zimbabwean business news, statutory instruments and market data at vakaos.com/news. No account needed.
In pilot and planned
- Zimbabwean payments (in pilot) — send a customer a payment link, take the payment through your own Paynow merchant account, and have the receipt recorded against the invoice. Money settles to you and never passes through VAKA.
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android (planned).
- WhatsApp inside the workspace (planned).
- Contracted read-only bank feeds (planned), where Zimbabwean banks provide them.
